Terms of Service

ArcLife provides a personal time accounting system: activity tracking, goals and plans, ledgers, day review, and related features through mobile apps and supporting web pages at arclife.app.

The primary product is the mobile app. Web pages support authentication, password reset, account deletion, and legal information — not full parity with the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (at least 13 years old).

You retain ownership of the time entries, notes, and other content you create. You grant ArcLife the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you through the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for any personal or sensitive information you choose to record.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, scrape other users' data, or use ArcLife for unlawful purposes.

Do not upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

ArcLife is a personal productivity tool. It does not provide medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. Scores, streaks, and coach-style summaries are informational only.

We may update features, perform maintenance, or change pricing for future paid tiers. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using ArcLife at any time and delete your account from the app or account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.

We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or if required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLIFE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLIFE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
