Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

ArcLife is a personal time accounting app. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how you can delete your data.

Who we are

ArcLife (arclife.app) is operated as a personal productivity service. For privacy questions contact support@arclife.app.

What we collect

Account data: email address and authentication credentials managed by Supabase Auth when you create an account.

Time accounting data you enter: activities and pillars, timed sessions, goals and plans, day tasks, seals and streaks, routines, check-ins, notes, and optional profile fields (display name, avatar).

Optional media: photos you attach to activities or vision board items, stored in Supabase Storage.

Device preferences: on mobile, local settings such as pinned activities, icon preferences, and whether you enabled the optional evening drift reminder (local notification schedule).

Technical data: standard server and hosting logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) from our web host and database provider for security and reliability.

ArcLife v2 does not intentionally collect meal plans, calorie counts, weight logs, or body transformation data. Legacy MyArc features are not part of this product.

How we use data

To provide the service: sync your ledger across devices, compute scores, streaks, and reports.

To secure accounts: authentication, abuse prevention, and support when you contact us.

To send optional local reminders on your device when you turn on Evening drift reminder in Profile (no marketing push notifications in v1.0).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your time entries for advertising.

Where data is stored

Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and edge functions (data processing).

Vercel — hosts the public website and account pages at arclife.app.

Expo (EAS) — delivers over-the-air app updates to the mobile app you installed.

Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where these providers operate.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated database rows and storage files are permanently removed (see Account deletion below).

Backups retained by infrastructure providers may persist for a limited period per their policies.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time:

Deletion is irreversible. There is no recovery window after confirmation.

Your choices

You can edit or delete time entries, goals, and profile information inside the app.

You can disable optional notifications in Profile on iOS and Android.

You can export or request a copy of your data by emailing support@arclife.app.

Children

ArcLife is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
